Found while reviewing the Ohio fly: there's currently no way to mark a fly report as "ended" anywhere in the data model. OhioFlyStanding's competition_status only supports Live, Finals, or DQ — no ended/archived state. Ohio and England fly reports also aren't tied to a FlyEvent record, so they don't get the status field (scheduled/live/completed) that other events use. Needed changes: 1. Schema: add a fly_status field (open / ended) at the report level (not per-flyer standing) for Ohio, England, and any future fly report types. 2. UI: add a required "End Fly" button on all fly report admin/judge views. Clicking it sets fly_status to ended. Until then, fly stays open and standings remain editable. Apply to all future fly types going forward, not just Ohio.
