This is listed as Module 4 on the program. Not sure what you mean by the 5-8 = Tier 1...........Tier 2......... You might mean 5-9 birds breaking will be multiplied by 1 10-14 birds breaking will be multiplied by 2 15-19 birds breaking will be multiplied by 3 20 bird or full turn will be multiplied by 5 These will get you the raw score which will then be multiplied by the Multipliers that the judge assigns based on Q and D to obtain the overall score.
